It’s no surprise that the word ‘house’ is often linked to the term ‘dream,’ as it embodies the idea of a ‘dream house.’ We are truly delighted to have collaborated with Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Varun, and the Archcons’ team for our new home at Adayalampattu, Chennai who brought our vision of a ‘dream house’ to life with impeccable precision.

The team flawlessly translated the plans we had meticulously envisioned during the design phase into reality. Starting in August 2023, the construction was completed by October 2024, including the interiors, and the finished home was handed over to us as promised.

As a banker with Standard Chartered Bank, my demanding schedule made regular visits to the construction site challenging. However, the exceptional support and professionalism of the APP team, under Mr. Ganesh’s leadership, ensured seamless progress without any interruptions.

Quality remained a top priority throughout the project, and the team showcased their expertise by selecting the finest materials, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising on standards, and incorporating industry best practices. Their transparent communication and meticulous attention to detail were truly remarkable.

A special thanks to our architect, Mr. Varun, whose exceptional talent and unwavering support were instrumental in designing the elevation and interiors of our home. After living in our new space for a couple of months, the brilliance of Varun’s work is reflected in the endless admiration we receive from friends and visitors. By seamlessly blending utility with aesthetics, he achieved the perfect balance between form and function. His calm demeanor, ever-present smile, and professionalism throughout the process made the entire journey not just smooth but truly enjoyable.

While looking forward to fixing a Builder. I was mesmerized by his construction over Nolambur , CHENNAI and entrusted his works to let him construct me one, even before meeting him. The same way he hasn’t failed my belief so is his construction.

I’m working as a Global Leader HDC in ZF CVCS in Chennai (formerly WABCO India Ltd). We bought a flat in Shruthi Apartments from Mr. Ganesh Subramaniyan, in 1994 and I am proud to be his FIRST CLIENT. The first project created a good bonding between us and we were fully satisfied with our first project. We were extremely impressed with his work and we handed our 2nd DREAM HOUSE PROJECT also to Archcons planners & Promoters, at Plot no 125 Ist Main Road Janaki Nagar, Pallavan Nagar, Madhuravoyal Chennai 600095. In fact this DREAM house was constructed for my son (next generation) in our family. He started the work with the Soil test and completed the structural design suitable for this soil and floor layout etc. He came up with an Excellent elevation of the house perfectly to our taste and it is one of the benchmark building in our street. Our plot size is only 1200 sq.feet and he has used the area more effectively and designed a 3200 sq.feet (G+2) house like a bungalow. The specification was a high end spec. and all the accessories were top class. We have also installed a HYDRULIC lift as per his suggestion. In fact this has given a good face-lift to our house. Mr. Ganesh is truly an experienced professional who has helped us to complete our DREAM house project beyond our expectations. Right from the initial planning phase to the house-handover, Mr. Ganesh and his team took complete responsibility and utmost care in planning and executing. During the middle of our construction, unfortunately, it was a challenging environment with the COVID pandemic lockdown scare but Mr. Ganesh revised his strategy and came up with action plans in a way that we did not lose much time, completing the project in the promised timeframe. Mr. Ganesh is a cheerful person and very accommodating & adapting to constant changes coming from all our family members which created a further good bonding between us. He ensures to keep us in the loop during selection of important items like doors, tiles rest room fittings etc during the course of completing the project.
