It's no surprise that the word 'house' is often linked to the term 'dream,' as it embodies the idea of a 'dream house.' We are truly delighted to have collaborated with Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Varun, and the Archcons’ team for our new home at Adayalampattu, Chennai who brought our vision of a 'dream house' to life with impeccable precision. The team flawlessly translated the plans we had meticulously envisioned during the design phase into reality. Starting in August 2023, the construction was completed by October 2024, including the interiors, and the finished home was handed over to us as promised. As a banker with Standard Chartered Bank, my demanding schedule made regular visits to the construction site challenging. However, the exceptional support and professionalism of the APP team, under Mr. Ganesh's leadership, ensured seamless progress without any interruptions. Quality remained a top priority throughout the project, and the team showcased their expertise by selecting the finest materials, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising on standards, and incorporating industry best practices. Inspired by the previous works and the reviews by their old clients , We had approached ARCHCONS builders for our residential villa construction at VGN Monte carlo ,nolambur. Right from initial drawings to final completion Mr. Ganesh helped and guided us at every stages. Mr .Ganesh , himself supervised the site regularly from excavation to completion . He has a dedicated and well experienced team members for civil,electrical ,plumbing departments. He made sure using quality materials in all the departments. He was so comfortable and easily approachable at any time and ready to accept our ideas explaining the pros and cons of it . They had finished the project in time and with an outstanding finish . Special mention about Mr.Varun , a young and talented architect introduced us the latest and vibrant colours and themes that elevated the interiors to even higher level. My name is Ebenezer and I work as a school principal in Chennai. I own plot 76 in VGN Monto Carlo, Nolambur, Chennai. I approached archcons planners and promoters to construct our dream house in Nolambur, Chennai. Mr. Ganesh is truly an experienced professional who has helped us complete our dream project with exceedingly higher outcomes. Right from the initial planning phase to the house-handover, Mr. Ganesh and his team took complete responsibility and utmost care in planning and executing. During the middle of our construction, unfortunately, it was a challenging environment with the COVID pandemic lockdown scare but Mr. Ganesh revised his strategy and came up with action plans in a way that we did not lose much time, completing the project in the promised timeframe. Mr. Ganesh is very accommodating & adapting to constant changes coming from our end and puts up with a happy face which creates good bonding between the client and customer. I cannot forget the day I visited Akshyam apartment to have a look, but honestly speaking I was fascinated by the outlook as well as the interiors which made me attracted to Akshyam. Moreover these days not many builders do it for business more than ethics but Mr. Ganesh Subramamian has lived in the creativity of Akshyam Apartment while constructing, because from the time you step into the entrance you will feel one is better than the other which will go on till you reach the terrace of the Akshyam, even a blind man can see not feel through the work which your team has done in this Akshyam Project. I purchased flats in ambattur (project : Akshayam apartments). 100 % assurance for quality . Mr Ganesan himself will involve In each and every activity in construction. He will be flexible as per our requirements and interest during construction. I was waiting 1 year for this project. Or for Mr ganesan to start project. I have known Mr. Ganesh Subramanian (Founding Partner at Archcons Planners & Promoters) since 2003, when we asked him to undertake construction of a joint venture apartment. Since then, Archcons Planners and Promoters have completed two other joint venture projects for us. During the design phase for all these projects, I had asked them to implement many changes and they happily accepted all of them and changed the construction plans as per my requirements. They always use quality material and complete the project on time. Mr. Ganesh maintains a cordial relationship with all his customers even after the construction is completed. I know Mr.Ganesh from the year 2003, we are very pleased to have engaged with Mr.Ganesh, he gave us all the information pertaining to the project and we were well informed about the site and the facilities, this helped us to take a quick decision to buy the flat. I have involved my self with Arcons Planners & Promoters for a joint venture in the year 2010. And I have taken one Flat in Aishwaryam Apartment in Ambattur. The quality and the design is above our words. The formalities and the procedure is real professional and the time commitment is 100% perfect. There is no deviation in the materials used when compared to the agreed initially. After the completion also the company has taken care for some minor issues that spring up. Even after 5 years the service provided is excellent compared with the well-known giants. I am working as a Product Engineering leader (Senior General Manager-R&D) in WABCO India Ltd. Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 58- (earlier it was Sundaram Clayton Ltd.one of the TVS group company) This was the first Indian Company in India which got awarded the prestigious Deming Prize outside Japan for Total Quality Management (TQM) from Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) Japan. I am the first client of Archons Planners and promoters for their first project-No.18 Shruthi Apartments in Kongu Nagar Mogappair Chennai 37. This is built in a single ground and I own one of the flat. The Proprietor of the company Mr Ganesh Subramanian has done a wonderful job by completing the flat on time with good quality. Believe me, I am not exaggerating that he has become the close family friend of mine after the project because of the excellent work done by him and continuing his support in maintaining the building for the last 20+ years. The price was competitive during that time and aesthetics of the building was very good. He was quite cooperative in fulfilling my requirements which was unique for me in the apartment, even though sometimes it ended up in a modification in the building. I have provided lot of improvement points being the user of the first flat they have constructed and he was having a positive attitude in taking all the improvements and implemented in the future projects. Even after 20+ years he is supporting very well in maintaining the building by providing his team for any type of repair work in all the areas and this is something unique in the real estate business. Even after 20+ years there are no crack/damages in the building and it is sound and healthy since the construction quality is so very good and this is something commendable.
